Ghafari provides design and consulting services to governments at the local, state and federal levels. At the federal level, Ghafari has a Multiple Award Schedule contract with the US General Services Administration (GSA) to provide professional engineering services, including strategic planning for technology programs / activities, concept development and requirements analysis, system design, engineering, and integration, and integrated logistics support. Ghafari also has two indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the GSA. The first, awarded in 2008, provides general architecture / engineering services to GSA Region 5. The second, awarded in 2009, provides nationwide BIM consulting services.

Ghafari has relationships with state and local government entities that have been in place for more than a decade, and has a long history of providing as-needed services for various municipalities and government entities. Projects range from professional consulting and studies to complete renovations of major buildings.
