Ghafari Named “Elite Winner” at 2024 Metro Detroit’s “Best…

We are excited to announce that Ghafari was honored with an Elite Award at this year’s Metropolitan Detroit’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” awards celebration held on November 7. We received the Elite Award for Communication and Shared Vision.

Ghafari and our fellow Elite companies were recognized for demonstrating exceptionally innovative human resource and wellbeing practices, setting high standards for all Michigan businesses. Each of the 14 honorees was selected based on their overall high score and then named an Elite winner in their respective category.

In addition to our Elite Award recognition, Ghafari’s Director of Human Resources, Kristin Garstka (pictured center), spoke during the November 7 celebration as a panelist for “Navigating the Modern Workplace: Expert Perspectives on Culture, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing”. Kristin and her co-panelists discussed proven strategies in employee engagement, generational diversity, and employee wellness in today’s dynamic work environment.

2024 marks Ghafari’s 18th consecutive year receiving the “best and brightest” distinction in Metro Detroit.
