Ghafari Opens its Newest Office in Fort Worth, Texas

Ghafari Associates, an award-winning architecture, engineering, process design and construction services firm, announces the opening of its newest office in Fort Worth, Texas. James E. Jobes, AIA has been promoted to Vice President and will lead the new office.

The new office puts Ghafari at the heart of the region’s growth and will serve as the southwest hub for the firm’s regional automotive, aviation, and commercial sectors.

“Ghafari has experienced steady growth over the past several years, especially in markets specific to the southwest. This represents an important milestone in our strategic business plan,” says President and CEO Kouhaila Hammer. “This new office will allow Ghafari to focus on providing innovative solutions and outstanding service for our clients, and Jim offers the strategic vision to grow our brand.”

Jobes holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Indiana University. He has led several of the firm’s most complex domestic and international projects, and is a longstanding member of the American Institute of Architects. Jobes’ more than 25 years of experience includes aviation, industrial / manufacturing, and commercial projects.
