How do you describe your job to people outside of the industry?

I am like an onsite assistant for the company to help the trades with the design and interpretation of the project.

Why did you decide to become a construction field representative?

With my position, it allows me to see the customer's design ideas come to life from start to finish of the project while providing help to the trades and our A/E team during the process.

How would you describe life at Ghafari?

Exciting! It is very gratifying seeing the job come together while working with courteous and knowledgeable people within Ghafari.

What is the most exciting thing that has happened during your time here?

Being able to learn from our Ghafari A/E team to help not only the job but helping me to be a better rounded, knowledgeable representative for Ghafari. It is exciting to be able to learn so much from such a great and talented group.

What is a key idea or lesson you have learned while working at Ghafari?

You have the support of a team to help you or listen to you through the good and bad. Since coming to Ghafari, I have found everyone I have met is extremely open, helpful, insightful, and courteous.
