The Lofts at River East Named ENR Midwest “Best Project” Winner

We are thrilled to announce that The Lofts at River East has been named a “Best Project” winner by ENR Midwest!

Recognized in the renovation / restoration category, the Lofts project involved the conversion of a historic 530,000 SF, seven-story former warehouse located on downtown Chicago’s riverfront into a mixed-use facility with 285 apartments and 140,000 SF of commercial space. Ghafari provided construction management services for this massive project, managing a team of 56 subcontractors to complete construction over a two-year period on time and on budget.
