A comprehensive airline relocation effort.
Overview
Our team was selected to design all aspects of Delta Air Lines’ operations relocation from their existing location in Terminal 2 to the western concourse of a renovated Terminal 5 at O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The relocation plan encompassed Delta’s passenger-facing spaces within Terminal 5 such as ticketing, baggage service offices, and gate holdrooms. Operations and support service spaces included line maintenance, information technology, ground support equipment, cabin services, in-flight and airport customer support, and training.
