Overview
Located in Lafayette Park, the Lafayette West multi-family housing project appeals to prospective buyers and longtime residents of the area. With amenities being a major priority, our team worked with multiple committees on the project’s first phase to highlight the most desired spaces and incorporate them into the seven-building site. These spaces include co-working rooms, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and various pet amenities. The second phase of the project will also include a clubhouse and outdoor swimming pool with cabanas to be enjoyed by the entire development.
