A complex that will attract more residents downtown.
With young professionals in mind, the complex includes studio, one to three-bedroom units, and amenities such as courtyards, a pool, fitness / yoga, conference rooms, club room, and a community room with a balcony overlooking Mill Pond. Basement level parking accessed at the “walk out”, which - combined with ground level parking - offers over 300 spots.
Although taller than other buildings in Brighton, Vista at Uptown is an effective use of land that will be successful in bringing residents downtown, particularly young professionals who commute to Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Lansing. With the influx of residents, the downtown area will attract more shoppers and diners.
